Gemba Skill Academy is an initiative of Gemba Management Consulting. We work with Educational Institutions, government bodies and employers to help young people become better prepared for the workplace.

India adds nearly 1.5 crore young people to its workforce every year. Yet studies suggest that only 45 to 50 percent are readily employable for industry roles.
A degree shows what a student has studied. It does not always show whether the student can apply that knowledge at work, communicate well, solve problems or adapt to the expectations of an organisation.

This leaves many capable graduates underprepared and employers struggling to find people who are ready to contribute. Gemba Skill Academy helps bridge this gap through practical learning, industry exposure and focused preparation for employment.

Continuous Learning and Career Acceleration Program (CLCAP)

Our Continuous Learning and Career Acceleration Program, or CLCAP, supports students through each year of college. It begins with the behavioural foundations needed for work and gradually builds towards placement preparation and career readiness in the final year.
