He has Trained & Consulted with more than 400 corporate clients across sectors like IT, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Retail, Banking & Finance, Pharma, FMCG, R & D to name a few. He has trained and coached more than 50,000 employees across India, South East Asia and Middle East in the last 25 years. He runs Gemba school of HR, the first exclusive B-School for HR. She is an experienced L & D professional with a Technology background. She was previously heading L&D for an IT back office for Sella Bancari, an Italian bank. She has a Master's degree in Computer Applications with 14 years of experience, specializing in Banking Software Project Management and Delivery. She also holds an M.Sc in Psychology and is a 16PF certified Professional. Her unique positioning for people development practice comes from a very practical high – pressure field experience with leadership challenges blended with an insightful, empathetic understanding of people behavioural dynamics – both from psychological & spiritual aspects.

Roopak brings over 16 years of experience in Marketing and Business Development with various technology companies. His last assignment was at Inatech (a Glencore Company) where he lead Global Marketing & Communications for close to 6 years. His expertise lies in Strategic Marketing, Demand Generation and Product Marketing. He is also an expert in helping Start Ups communicate their value to attract funding.
